BSG introduced DUET, an integrated customer satisfaction center to serve as a convenient and accessible platform for customers where they were free to share complaints, grievances, and suggestions, etc., along side a system of dedicated Account Managers designated to serve as a human interface for collecting detailed feedback from client users. BSG pays great attention to the voice of its actual users, as it works hard to move one step closer to its customers and maximize their satisfaction with system services.
