BSG introduced DUET, an integrated customer satisfaction center to serve as a convenient and accessible platform for customers where they were free to share complaints, grievances, and suggestions, etc., along side a system of dedicated Account Managers designated to serve as a human interface for collecting detailed feedback from client users.
